Fascicle as Film received an Award for Excellence in the Videographer Awards in 2017 and was featured in Five More Seconds at Local Project on October 13, 2018.

Emily Dickinson wrote and wrote and rewrote many of her iconic poems. She took these pages and sewed them into books (fascicles) which function like self-contained works unto themselves. There are no "correct" poems but multiple versions of each which suggest her contentment with ambiguity. The film emphasizes this by presenting different spoken and written choices for each poem through the use of asterisks and my simulation of Dickinson’s own handwriting created by studying her manuscripts and recreating letters and letterforms that approximate her actual handwriting.
Therefore this film is a video-fascicle.
